DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 5, 2011, to be furnished with a copy of a certain audiotape for use in the preparation of his supplemental brief. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file his supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to be furnished with a copy of a certain audiotape is denied as academic as the defendant has been provided with a copy of the audiotape; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before November 21, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
