ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 17, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Dutchess County, dated February 7, 2014, is amended by deleting from third decretal paragraph thereof the date "August 27, 2013" and substituting therefor the date "February 7, 2014."
