Motion by Kayla Biener, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from four orders of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated November 25, 2013, December 23, 2013, July 30, 2014, and August 6, 2014, respectively, to recuse the Justice presiding in the Family Court, Rockland County, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
