DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for the Court to take judicial notice of a certain transcript and certain documents on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated October 4, 2013, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for the Court to take judicial notice of a certain transcript and certain documents is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is denied as academic, as the appeal was perfected on September 22, 2014.
