Appeal by Fiona E. Kavanagh from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 23, 2014. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Brent M. Albala, Esq., dated September 9, 2014, it is
