| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 1, 2014, and August 12, 2014, respectively, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered August 7, 2014, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders dated July 1, 2014, and August 12, 2014, (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2014-02867, 2014-08269) are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from orders that are not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and we decline to grant leave to appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the orders dated July 1, 2014, and August 12, 2014, is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
