Appeal by Linda Waldorf from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 20, 2012. By decision and order of this Court dated May 28, 2014, counsel for the respective parties were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered imposing such sanctions and costs, if any, against the appellant and/or her counsel pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1(c).
Now, upon the decision and order of this Court dated May 28, 2014, and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to impose sanctions and costs against the appellant and/or her counsel is denied.
Under the circumstances, sanctions are unwarranted.
