DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Application by the appellant for leave to make a third motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 21, 2011, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 30, 2013. After the determination of the appeal, the appellant made two motions, inter alia, for reargument of the appeal. The motions were denied by decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated February 11, 2014, and April 29, 2014, respectively. The decision and order on motion dated April 29, 2014, also granted that branch of the cross motion of the respondent which was to preclude the appellant from making further motions without prior leave of this Court. Thereafter, prior to the instant application, the appellant made three applications in this Court for leave to make a third motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue the appeal, each of which has been denied.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is enjoined from making any further motions or applications in connection with the above-entitled appeal.
