Motion by appellant Lily Hsu, in effect, for leave to reargue her opposition to respondent's prior motion to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 17, 2014, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated July 3, 2014.
