| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by James P. Duffy III for leave to reargue a disciplinary proceeding against him based upon acts of professional misconduct alleged in a verified petition dated December 10, 2010, which was determined by an opinion and order of this Court dated April 2, 2014, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order. Mr. Duffy was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 13, 1968, under the name James Peter Duffy III. Becker, as Special Referee, to hear and report. By opinion and order dated April 2, 2014, Mr. Duffy was disbarred.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
