Motion by respondent for leave to reargue (1) a decision and order on motion of this court dated November 22, 2013 and (2) a decision and order of this court dated December 3, 2013, which determined an appeal from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated November 9, 2010. Separate motion by appellant to amend the caption to the extent that his name appear anonymously.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that respondent's motion and appellant's motion are consolidated for purposes of disposition, and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent's motion and appellant's motion are denied.
