Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated April 21, 2014, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 27, 2013, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal is granted and the dismissal is hereby vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED, that the branch of the motion for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted, and appellant shall serve and file its briefs on or before November 28, 2014.
