Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 11, 2014. By order to show cause dated September 4, 2014, the parties were directed to show cause why the above-entitled appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the notice of appeal was untimely.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see CPLR 5513).
