ORDERED that this court's order dated September 5, 2014, which provided for the withdrawal of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 19, 2014, is recalled and vacated, and the appeal is reinstated and shall be perfected by November 7, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's application to withdraw its order to show cause returnable August 28, 2014 is granted.
