Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 29, 2014, to stay reletting and the removal of appellant's possessions, and for access to retrieve the possessions.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, as by stipulation dated September 9, 2014, so-ordered by the Civil Court, the parties stipulated to grant the relief sought.
