Motion by appellants, by order to show cause, for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Washington, Dutchess County, entered February 25, 2014. Separate motion by respondent to vacate the temporary stay contained in the order to show cause.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellants' motion and respondent's motion are consolidated for the purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants' motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent's motion is denied as academic.
