Motion by appellants for leave to reargue their prior motion for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated January 13, 2014, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 21, 2014, and for related relief, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's January 13, 2014 decision and order on motion.
