Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered October 10, 2012, to amend the notice of appeal and a decision and order on motion of this court dated August 30, 2013, which, among other things, assigned counsel, to include an appeal from a separate judgment of conviction of the same court rendered October 10, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
