DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants for a stay pending the determination of appeals from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 2, 2014, and from orders of the same court entered June 2, 2014 and June 23, 2014, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are dismissed; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants' motion is denied as academic.
The appeals from the order and final judgment entered June 2, 2014 are dismissed on the ground that appellants are not aggrieved by the order and final judgment, which were entered upon appellants' failure to timely submit opposition to the motion giving rise to the order and final judgment (see CPLR 5511). The appeal from the order entered June 23, 2014 is dismissed on the ground that appellants are not aggrieved by that order, which decided a motion made by Aldona Fire Protection, Inc. (see id.)
