On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 13, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, all dated February 26, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court" and substituting therefor the words "Family Court."
