Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2014, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 2014, for leave to appeal from the order dated April 4, 2014, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matters, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion dated August 12, 2014, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
