ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 29, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 13, 2013, is amended by deleting from first paragraph thereof the word "appellant" and substituting therefor the word "respondent."
