Application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered May 10, 2013, and two orders of the same court dated December 3, 2012, and February 15, 2013, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 14, 2014, the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
