Motion by Tene Shavers Royer for leave to appeal to this Court from an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 10, 2014, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of a temporary restraining order contained in the order to show cause, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as the motion papers were not served in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
