DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Children's Law Center to be relieved as attorney for the children on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 12, 2013, May 22, 2013, and May 23, 2013, respectively, for the appointment of separate counsel to represent the child Kayla F. and the children Keandre F. and Kaniel F., and to enlarge the children's time to serve and file their respective briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before November 3, 2014, upon proper papers, including proof of service of the motion upon the children.
