DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 11, 2014, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2014, as conditioned a stay of the release of James B. from the appellant's custody, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before October 9, 2014, directed the respondent to serve and file a brief, if any, on or before November 10, 2014, and directed the appellant to serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before November 20, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first and second decretal paragraphs thereof the date "October 9, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "November 10, 2014," by deleting from the third decretal paragraph the date "November 10, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "December 10, 2014," and by deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph the date "November 20, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "December 22, 2014."
