| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 27, 2013, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before November 10, 2014, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the errata sheets for the deposition testimony of Juan Collado and Israel Collado, the plaintiff's notice for discovery and inspection dated April 13, 2011, and the affidavit of service, dated August 9, 2011, for the defendants' response to the notice for discovery and inspection; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 10, 2014, and the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
