DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion it is

ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated June 5, 2014, which granted the appellant leave to prosecute appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 14, 2014, and April 17, 2014, respectively, as a poor person and assigned Lydia S. Antoncic as counsel for the appellant is amended (1) by adding to the caption thereof Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-08350 and (2) by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "two orders" and substituting therefor the words "three orders," and (3) by adding to the preamble thereof after the date "April 17, 2014," the date "April 28, 2014."
