| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 4, 2014, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order as directs the appellant to pay the sum of $3,500 to the Lawyers Protection Fund is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
