Application by appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 731.8 to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered November 8, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that this court's order of dismissal dated September 22, 2014 is recalled and vacated, and the appeal is reinstated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before November 21, 2014.
