ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

2014-2094 N CR
The People of the State of New York, Appellant, v Craig Lieber, Respondent.

Appeal from an oral order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, made on February 28, 2014. The notice of appeal was filed on September 11, 2014.
