Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 23, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 9, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
