v Jenny Brodzansky, et al., appellants.

(Docket Nos. V-569-14, V-570-14,

V-577-14, V-578-14)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Jenny Brodzansky and Eric Schumacher from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 13, 2014. The attorney for the appellant Jenny Brodzansky has advised the Court that Jenny Brodzansky died on July 29, 2014.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal by Jenny Brodzansky is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the appeal by Jenny Brodzansky abated upon her death on July 29, 2014 (see Matter of Mary Ellen C. v Joseph William C., 79 AD2d 1024).
