ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated October 6, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 6, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "October 14, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "November 7, 2014."
