Separate application by the appellant Samuel Lang for the same relief. Separate application by the appellants Liberato Salvatore and Liberato Salvatore, M.D., P.C. for the same relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications are granted, the appellants' time to perfect their respective appeals is enlarged until November 24, 2014, and the joint record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
