| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 25, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to serve and a brief is enlarged until October 28, 2014, and the brief of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court by the respondent Town of Clarkstown is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a
reply brief is enlarged until November 12, 2014, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
