Separate motions by the appellant pro se on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 1, 2013, and October 15, 2013, respectively, (1) for leave to prosecute the appeal on the original record, (2) to waive the filing fee, and (3) to direct the Clerk of the Court to subpoena the original court file from the Supreme Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
