Appeal by the defendant Vordonia Contracting & Supplies Corp., from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 10, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2014, the trial in the above-entitled action was stayed on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before September 11, 2014. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2014, is vacated forthwith.
