Respondents Amber Wilson, ANP-C, Emergency Care Services of New York, P.C., and Ahmad Bila, M.D. having separately moved to consolidate the appeals and to dismiss the appeals on the ground that appellant failed to perfect timely the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on May 8, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Zoran G. Kuljis, Esq., sworn to September 9, 2014, the affidavit of Phillip D. Dysert, Esq., sworn to September 15, 2014, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmations of Ryan L. Abel, Esq., dated September 17, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek to dismiss the appeals are granted, and the appeals are dismissed without further order unless they are perfected on or before December 15, 2014, and

It is further ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek to consolidate the appeals taken from the orders entered May 8, 2014 are granted, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
