DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Duncan B.-R. from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 13, 2013. The following named attorney was assigned by the Family Court, Suffolk County, as attorney for the child:

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the Steven Flaumenhaft is relieved as attorney for the child and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child to represent the child:

and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before November 17, 2014, the attorney for the child shall either (1) advise the Court, in writing, that he is adopting the brief filed by former counsel and will not be filing a supplemental or replacement brief, (2) serve and file a supplemental brief and advise the Court, in writing, that he is adopting the brief filed by former counsel, or (3) serve and file a replacement brief and advise the Court, in writing, that he is not adopting the brief filed by former counsel.
