ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 6, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 18, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "December 18, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "December 18, 2013."
