Application by Caroline P. Raffa, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 1, 1988, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Caroline P. Raffa-Tyree.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Caroline P. Raffa to Caroline P. Raffa-Tyree, effective immediately.
