DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 27, 2014, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated July 16, 2014, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 8.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
