ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondent Southern Realty and Development, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 11, 2013. Separate application by the respondent Planning Board of Town of North East for the same relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 12, 2014, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
