DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both rendered June 25, 2012, and to enlarge the judgment roll to include a statement pursuant to CPL 400.21 dated May 4, 2012, and a transcript of the proceedings which occurred on June 19, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 20, 2014, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll to include the statement pursuant to CPL 400.21 dated May 4, 2012, is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcript of the proceedings which occurred on June 19, 2012, is granted, and the respondent shall file the subject transcript as an exhibit when the respondent files a brief.
