| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent, Overland Solutions, Inc., doing business as Safety Resources, for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief responding to an issue raised by the appellant Insurance Intermediaries, Inc., on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 29, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before November 13, 2014, Overland Solutions, Inc., doing business as Safety Resources, shall serve and file the supplemental brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the plaintiff-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 15, 2014, and the plaintiff-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date ; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants the appellant-respondent shall serve and file their respective reply briefs, if any, on or before December 30, 2014; the appellant Insurance Intermediaries, Inc., shall file a single brief responding to the arguments raised by Overland Solutions, Inc., doing business as Safety Resources, in its supplemental brief and the arguments raised by the respondents, if any, with respect to it.
