Motion by Angel Acevedo for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated April 24, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is denied as unnecessary as the order is appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a notice of appeal is extended and the notice of appeal shall be served and filed in accordance with CPLR 5514(a).
