| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by 118 Convent Associates, LLC, and Quick Start Day Care Center, Inc., for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated April 16, 2014, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 29, 2012, and to stay enforcement of a certain warrant of eviction and judgment of possession pending determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
