On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 8, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 16, 2009, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in support of the moton and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto."
