Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 15, 2011, for leave to adopt the pro se supplemental brief filed by Joshua Quinn on an appeal entitled People v Quinn, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-04171.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to the appellant pro se moving for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on or before November 21, 2014.
